Susan Secor, Executive Director

Susan and her husband Charlie began their quest to adopt almost ten years ago following infertility treatments and several failed attempts at domestic adoption. The Secors researched international adoption and soon found themselves blessed with not one, but two baby boys. Susan and Charlie adopted their sons Charlie and Taylor from the Republic of Moldova in the spring of 1999.

Shortly after arriving home with their sons, Susan felt called to help the many other children in orphanages and hospitals that they had left behind. Later that year, she began her work as an adoption professional and since that time, she has successfully helped over 600 families adopt internationally. Susan is known for her down to earth approach and compassion for both children and adoptive families.

JULIA HOLTGREWE

ADOPTION CASEWORKER

Julia has been involved in the adoption world since birth. She is an adopted child. She also has experienced the other parts of adoption. As a young adult she found herself making the very tough decision to give a child to a loving couple. Although they have been reunited and they now share a relationship with Chris(27) and his family. She also has two more
homegrown children Robert(25) and Aimee(23) whom she raised primarily as a single mom.

In 1990, she met the love of her life and couldn't imagine this life without children but it was not met to happen. After two years of infertility treatments and failed domestic adoptions they without hesitation turned to international adoption.

In 1994 their son Zachary (Korea) was placed in their arms. It was several years before they decided to add to their family but decided they wanted an older child. In 2002 they headed to China, a country that would captivate and keep their hearts forever. Ana was placed in our arms January 23, 2002. A day that none of us will forget. We love the Asian culture and its generous people. We cannot wait to make another trip to that part of the world.

"I love talking about my children but I love talking about our adoptions just as much. I love being a mom and by helping you to become a parent would truly be a gift from God. I will help you through every
step of your journey with quick responses, integrity, and compassion. I promise you it will be a journey that you will never forget"
