Children : The children available in this program range in age from 9 months and up. Children available are mostly Kazakh (asian) and occasionally caucasian infants are available.

Requirements : Married couples and single females may apply. Smaller families preferred for this program.

Adoption Process : Families must have a completed dossier and INS approval before a referral of a child can be made. Travel is approximately 3 months following referral and completed paperwork. Families may wait for a referral of a child or travel to Kazakhstan to select a child.

Travel : One trip of approximately 4-7 weeks is required. Both parents must travel for court.

Timeframe : The process typically takes 6 - 12 months from start to finish.
