Children : Children available are from newborn to age 18 years. All are Ghanaian children from different ethnic backgrounds. Healthy and special needs children are available.

Requirements : Married couples and singles may apply. Families must complete a dossier to submit to the authorities in Ghana. Referrals are made upon submission of preliminary paperwork.

Adoption Process : Once all requirements have been met and application package (application form, home study and medical result) has been send to Ghana, the adoptive parent(s) will have to travel to Ghana to complete adoption process and acquire visa to bring the child home.

Travel : One trip is required. Estimated stay in Ghana will be a maximum of 21 days. One parent can travel to complete the process.

Timeframe : The process typically takes 6-12 months from start to finish.
